Wendy's Rio Grande — Restaurant in Chihuahua

Not the most excellent, service but their promo of buy one combo and get burger free is good always maintain constant flow of costumers and you realize why when you visit it. The burgers are good and sometimes really good. Don't have complain about the food. Maybe.... you would struggle with the inexperience of some staff member but in general the service is good and efficient and the food is good. I recommend it. The place is always crowded and sometimes is not so perfectly clean but looks good...

Fue una experiencia bastante triste, puede ser porque ya estaban por cerrar, y ya estaban cansados por el ajetreo del turno, etc. Comenzamos con que a mí llegada estando parada, siendo la única clienta en la fila para ordenar, me preguntan si voy a ordenar?, A lo que respondí que si, toman mi orden bien apresurados, ni siquiera me ofrecieron los extras que son el cheese sauce, ni los frostys, me dan el total y pago. Siendo la única orden que tenían de 5 Wendy's Pack Baconator, se tardaron casi 20 minutos en llevarnoslos, el lugar estaba muy sucio, los botes de basura estaban llenisimos, el área de niños me parece que hubo fiesta y la mayoría de las mesas estaban sucias, solo una estaba limpia que fue la que utilizamos, la comida no me quejo, una vez que llegó estaba riquísima, solo que siento que cada vez más hacen las hamburguesas más pequeñas, y me doy cuenta porque desde que llegué a Juárez hace 24 años soy clienta suya, y la diferencia de tamaño en décadas pues si que la hamburguesa sigue encogiéndose, al igual que los extras. Espero tomen en cuenta mi experiencia, porque puede parecer insignificante, pero a la marca Wendy's le afecta estas...

I like the Wendy's packs and the prices but if you are a healthy person I recommend you the apple salad. The place is outside the Rio Grande Mall in the parking lot behind Banamex and another stores. the service is fast and the people is nice.
