We celebrated a birthday last night. Great service. Nice atmosphere. Lousy expensive food. Weak wine list. We all ordered the ribeye steak from Durango. While my steak was cooked well, the cut of meat was very grisly. A little bit of tasty fat is acceptable but when a 1/3 of the cut is inedible gristle this is unacceptable especially when you are charged by the gram. I was charged 1000 pesos for a steak that was only 2/3 edible. The sides were mediocre. Potato puree loaded with cheese and charred broccoli. Overall VERY disappointing expensive food. The lack of customers says a lot. For most of the evening we were one of two tables. Save your money. ...

To be honest, this place was very expensive for what we ordered and the quality we received. We barely even received any veggies on our plate and they do not have many options for sides. The cuts were not good at all, meat was very chewy and it was more fat than meat. Service and food itself took forever. I’m from California and have ate better steak for less than what I spent here. Durango Grill, es uno de los restaurantes más reconocidos en el Estado de Durango, además de tener el tercer lugar a nivel nacional en cuanto a cortes se refiere, destaca por su calidad, su sabor y el servicio que ofrece su gente. Cuando vayas al Durango Grill pide que te atienda Max o Luis ya que ellos te platican a detalle los tipos de cortes que ofrecen ahí. Les comento que la carne es de primera calidad, con el sello Sonorense del "Rancho el 17" y por supuesto el sello Duranguense del Rancho Los Àngeles.
