MARAKAI POKE - To Go (Ensenada). — Restaurant in Ensenada

I recommend that the owner go to other poke places to try the food and see how the components are prepared. I've tried a couple of places in California and they were amazing, but I live in Ensenada so I decided to try it. I got a vegetarian bowl as I always do and I was so disappointed, the tofu is just large chunks of plain tofu, I'm used to it being prepared in delicious ways in the other poke places, this was so bland and sad. The sauces couldn't save it because everything was plain and they don't use enough to at least coat everything. The sauces also need to be worked on. It was also very expensive for what it was, considering nothing requires an extensive cooking process. I felt robbed, and the girl wasn't very willing or good at explaining how it worked. I hope the flavors get better, I miss good poke, it's addictive...
