Waited 5 minutes before being seated, waiter didn't bring complimentary bread (bolillo) to the table had to ask for. The food took about 15-20 minutes to be served. The enchiladas mineras were a bit dry and the potatoes on the side were not tasteful. We ordered cereal and the waiter brought out the bowl with the milk already served in the bowl. A comparación de otras veces que he ido y no he tenido queja la última vez que fui tardaron en acercarse los meseros , después de un rato de estar llamándolo tomó mi orden , después de media hora que no traían el desayuno y el mesero no se aparecía para darnos café y por cierto una taza la dejo a la mitad xq se acabó el de la jarra no regreso hasta que llame a otro mesero, la comida llego después de mucho tiempo y fría aparte como que se le olvidó el platillo de mi mamá y lo tardaron aún más , llamé al gerente el cual no me resolvió nada solo se disculpó y aún así el mesero seguía sin aparecer al llegar la cuenta pague con tarjeta y dejé la propina en efectivo sin cuando no la merecía y recordando mis bouchers me doy cuenta que el mesero al cobrar la cuenta agregó la propina sin pedirme autorización supongo creía que no le dejaría nada pero finalmente le tocó doble propinas por su mal servicio . Capaciten a si personal y subir todo al gerente que no hizo nada al respecto y el mesero seguía platicando en la caja con sus compañeros y no atendía las mesas qué lástima xq...

Last time it was really good… but now it was not a very pleasant experience 🫤 food was cold and saborless… also I need to “beg” for coffee… there were a lot of people and was full although… but I think that can not be and escuse… other restaurants have the same problem and they deliver you a better...
