Buongiorno caffetteria — Restaurant in Guanajuato

I recently visited Buongiorno caffetteria in Marfil, Guanajuato and had a wonderful experience. Gianluca and his team were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service. The coffee was delicious and the breakfast options were fresh and tasty. The atmosphere of the cafe was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to start the day. Gianluca and his team went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable. They were attentive to my needs and made sure that I had everything I needed. The menu had a great selection of breakfast items and coffee drinks, and everything I tried was delicious. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Buongiorno caffetteria in Marfil, Guanajuato. Worst chilaquiles we’ve ever had. They came to the table cold and swimming in salsa with a separate bowl of baked beans style frijole that was supposed to be shared by two people. The salmon, eggs, asparagus dish came on a nut cream that didn’t pair well at all and left our friend feeling not well in the stomach for the rest of the day. We told the wait staff about the the cold food and returned one full uneaten plate of chilaquiles but they still charged full price and...

La comida rica y a muy precio. Me decepcionó un poco la experiencia, fui con recomendación en donde me comentaban que tanto la comida como el servicio al cliente era maravilloso. Pero no fue del todo así.

En un principio todo bien, me colocaron en una mesa en un pasillo lo cual entiendo por la cantidad de personas en lugar. Muchas personas chocaron con nosotras y se volvió molesto. Cuando la hora pico paso había mesas solas y pedimos que nos cambiaran de mesa porque nos sentíamos incómodas, pero decidieron darle prioridad a los nuevos clientes y los acomodaron en las mesas preferenciales aun cuando nosotras ya habiamos pedido un cambio. La atención no fue la mejor, al contrario del resto de clientes a mi madre y a mi no nos ofrecieron pan, y complementos, ni siquiera el preguntar si necesitábamos algo, recordado que en este punto en el lugar ya no había tanta gente así que creo que no era un impedimento. Me sentí ligeramente ignorada en cierto punto.

En resumen, buena comida fresca y muy rica, pero, por la experiencia no creo volver. No creo que valga la pena sentirme incómoda por más rica...
