I had a not so pleasant experience in this branch. I went with my partner around 11 in the morning, the place was completely full, but when we entered there was no host or someone to receive us or give us any information about reservations or available tables, it took about 5 minutes for a waiter to approach us while we remained standing in full view of the other diners. Then what looked like a hostess approached us, without any distinction, not even a 'good morning', to tell us that our table would be in 5 more minutes. another 10 minutes passed. The hostess just told us 'your table is ready' assuming we already knew its location (for context, it was our first time there). Going up to the second floor we noticed an empty table and we had to ask if it was ours, to which she replied no, that ours was at the end of the hallway. The table seemed quite improvised, since we had no space to sit comfortably and the table lacked balance, plus it seemed that no waiter was in charge of it, since it took around 20 minutes for one of them to come to ask us if we already wanted to order, to which we replied that we hadn't even been given the menu. Another 5 minutes passed.we had to look up the menu on the internet to get an idea of ​​what to order. After ordering the service was a little faster, but as you can see our table was small and they decided to take all our order at the same time. One thing to add they forgot some items and had to ask around 2 times for them to get them right. I can't write anything bad about the taste of the food, as we enjoyed it at the time. But I can say that my partner got food poisoning as soon as we were on our way home. I would not recommend coming here at least until they do something with the service, it's just too messy and slow. Mi segunda vez aquí y fue una decepción. Un error que ocasionaría que nunca regrese. Mi primera vez fue al rededor de octubre aunque la comida estaba rica, el servicio muy lento, como el lugar tenía poco tiempo pensé quizá sería eso. Esta segunda vez mucho peor. Además de que tardaron 10 minutos desde que tomamos la mesa solo para ordenar bebidas, el lugar tenía un olor insoportable, parecía que habían lavado con un trapo remojado en salmón. Muy amable nuestro mesero limpio la mesa pero desafortunadamente el olor no desapareció. Decidimos quedarnos y ordenar, otros 30 minutos para que llegara la comida donde nuestro mesero se equivocó al momento de entregar mi orden de chilaquiles por una torta, trajeron la torta sin mencionar nada del error mencionando “enseguida llega su platillo” además que se nota una gran diferencia de mi última vez en la presentación de sus platillos, pues al final como el mesero se equivocó tendría que esperar a que terminaran de entregar las ordenas ya en fila para que hicieran los míos, el restaurante no tuvo ninguna intención de atender el error que uno de su staff había cometido y encima a pesar de haber esperado mis tiempo de orden y de entrega de comida tendría que esperar aún más llevaba ya una hora y 15 minutos en el establecimiento, mis acompañantes ya habían terminado y yo seguía sin recibir mi platillo, termine por quedarme sin desayunar y con un pésimo sabor de boca, no culpo al mesero ya que los errores así son muy comunes, sin embargo, la respuesta de su administración y su cocina deja mucho que desear para responder a este tipo de situaciones.
