The only reason this place gets a 4 for food is that my tuna sashimi was covered in a sauce that was too sweet. Otherwise, everything else was fantastic. In the future, I'll just ask for sauce on the side. Amazing open restaurant environment. They even have a play area for kids and the young at heart. Service was excellent, the food was delicious and of high quality and they have an open kitchen so you can watch as your food is prepared. I love the decor of this place and the service is amazing. Their presentation is good, but I’m always a little disappointed in the food. It’s the nicest restaurant nearby, so we go for birthdays and anniversaries mostly. I ordered what they indicate in their menu is a prime cut of ribeye. It’s a little more costly that their regular ribeye, but I wanted tender meat. This was definitely not a prime cut. It was chewy and would barely qualify as a choice cut. The food was amazing. But i went with my husband and we received no service. The server brought us drinks(did not open the bottle) and brought our food. We only saw him when he picked up our plates and gave us our check. He never checked in on us. Not once. We watched him serve a table of five with excellent service. Touched the table about eight times in an hour. Did not touch ours once. He served another couple as well with poor service and we realized if you are not a big party offering a big tip, you will not get service from this man.
