Mariscos — Restaurant in Guanajuato

My favorite spot to eat a late lunch in Guanajuato. Jorge is so gracious, the ceviche is incredible, but my favorite is the tilapia fillet (Ajillo) served with rice and salad, and a beautiful small loaf of soft bread for about $6 American. Once a week we take a cab up to the Presa, walk down through the gardens and the beautiful old neighborhood to the Embajadoras and stop to eat at Mariscos. It's my favorite day of the week!
