P.F. Chang's León — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Typically P.F. Chang's is really good and toug can taste the fire wok cooking in the food, but I didn't feel this location was up to par with my experiences in Mexico City and the United States. We visited in the middle of the day. The ladies restroom needed attention. Cocktail drinks were good... spring roll appetizer was good. There were four of us. Two of our dishes lacked sufficient sauce (Singapore street noodles and Kung Pao) but the kitchen did provide with extra sauces after we asked, so that was good. P.F. Chang’s is a great upscale oriental cuisine focused establishment. The decor is modern oriental. Statues resemble the Terracotta Army, China’s famous trove of clay soldiers. The food is consistently good. The prices are reasonable for this class of restaurant. Located in Plaza Mejor. The men’s bathroom was having a ceiling leak issue. Puntos importantes -Un mesero para más de 12 mesas -Un ayudante que lleva la comida de la cocina a todas las mesas del lugar -No pidas a cosas a otro mesero, No te las van a llevar Evita corajes y falsas expectativas Recuerda que tienen 12 mesas también ellos

Quieres algo ? Lo mejor es pararte, buscar a tu mesero y pedírselo a él

Recomendaciones -Ve el menú completo y pide todo de un jalón Así evitas retrasos -Recuerda que tu mesero tiene 12 mesas Te tomará la orden y con suerte la meterá en la computadora 20 minutos después

Las porciones son grandes Es mejor al centro y compartir

Si no hace frío Pide terraza El salón es cálido pero muy encerrado Y como tiene mamparas altas Es imposible ver a tu mesero si va pasa dl Pero en la terraza no tendrás ese tema Pero si hace frío No lo intentes Comida china fría...
