Starbucks Poliforum — Restaurant in Guanajuato

Service was ok, sweetener, napkins and such were open and available. I ordered an americano and as always, it tasted as good as everywhere else in every Starbucks I've been for the last 30 years, however the half & half tasted & smelled greasy unlike other starbucks, my take its a different brand, but not that it was particularly bad. I didn't like that they wanted to pour the half & half for me when they don't know how much I want in it! In my experience in México they customarily serve the americano on a single cup. Americano its so hot that at times it will leak through the first cup (personal experience), ergo the reason for second cup. I will continue to give them my business, because i haven't found a place that makes equal or better coffee than...

Queja por mal servicio y actitud del barista - 30 de octubre

Quisiera manifestar mi inconformidad con la atención recibida el día 30 de octubre, aproximadamente a las 2:00 p.m., por parte del barista encargado en ese horario.

Durante mi visita, solicité una bebida Toffee Nut, indicando de forma clara y específica que la quería en mi termo personal y con poco hielo. Además, mencioné que deseaba canjear una bebida Gold, pero el barista se negó a aceptarla, iniciando desde ahí una situación incómoda.

Posteriormente, al entregarme la bebida, noté que fue servida en un vaso desechable (a pesar de haber entregado mi termo) y que contenía dos medidas completas de hielo, ignorando por completo mi instrucción inicial. Al comentarlo amablemente a la barista que se encontraba atendiendo, ella se dirigió al mismo joven que había tomado mi pedido, y su única respuesta fue "a mí no me dijeron nada", lo cual es totalmente falso.

El barista simplemente traspasó la bebida ya preparada a mi termo, sin retirar el exceso de hielo, sin añadir la crema batida que correspondía, y además rellenó el termo con leche hasta el borde, argumentando que lo hacía "para que no tuviera tanto hielo". Este acto carece de toda lógica, pues al intentar cerrar mi termo, la bebida se derramó completamente debido al exceso de líquido.

La experiencia fue sumamente desagradable y decepcionante. Siempre he tenido buenas experiencias en otros establecimientos, pero esta ocasión el trato grosero, la falta de atención y la nula disposición del personal me hicieron salir molesto y frustrado.

Considero importante que se tomen las medidas correspondientes, ya que este tipo de actitudes afectan directamente la imagen y el servicio que...

I had a great experience here. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, everyone smiled and made me feel comfortable. Service was quick, and the atmosphere inside was fresh and cool, which was especially nice since it was hot outside. I needed to get some work done and stayed for a few hours.
