Beautiful shaded location overlooking the bay, with buskers playing pleasant music nearby. But service was indifferent/grudging at best when we arrived at 1:30. This was our favorite place for breakfast. We would go every morning and watch the boats in the harbor. We could have the table as long as we wanted and the view was amazing. Great service and good food is the best way to describe Cafe Marina. The chicken isn't great, but most other dishes are pretty good. The breakfasts are the best meals, and I thought the chilaquiles were excellent. I enjoyed every breakfast I had during the week we stayed at the Worldmark where it's located. Lunches are good.
