We went here 3 times as the first time the meat was excellent. The second time we ordered a medium filet mignon and it came very rare (raw), not the end of the world but not what we ordered. So the 3rd time I ordered a medium/well filet mignon in the hope that it would be a little less raw this time. Our dishes arrived after about an hour of waiting, 3 of us ordered steak and chips of varying cuts, they were all completely annihilated as were the fries. It was like trying to eat a shoe, so dry and tough. I made the observation to the waiter and he said as we had already eaten a bit (a couple of bites) there was nothing he could do. We ate as much as we could as we were hungry and had been waiting a fair while. The manager never came over and we were billed in full.
