Started off a little sketchy. Ordered drinks, and my house wine was horribly oxidized. A new bottle had the same problem (other tables experienced the same). This was rectified with a margarita. Server was very helpful.
Our meal was wonderful: my rack of lamb was cooked perfectly med-rare any my wife's shrimp was delicious.
The guitar player was very good and the outdoor seating was very comfortable.
Even with a rough start, we will be back. They need a better wine buyer!
WE JUST WENT BACK, A YEAR LATER. The food was spectacular as before and they have really improved the wines and the wine service.
We wanted a glass of red wine and we asked to have a taste of the wines that were available by the glass. Our waiter, Lott, (it was his first night!) was agreeable and actually excited to do that. The second time around it was a much better salad and included some expected ingredients for a Greek salad like feta cheese, red onions etc. Then our meal came. I ordered salmon and he ordered barbecued pork. His was good except that it was overcooked and a bit dry. My salmon had been previously frozen and was overcooked. I didn't eat it. The best part were the vegetables, unusual and delicious. All the hardest things to do were done well--making good sauces. But a sauce can only do so much to overcooked food. The restaurant was very slow that night so a busy night didn't...

By then we had decided not to have dinner. I was given a partial discount, less than the price of one meal. The server was gracious and apologized, but he could do nothing.
If I return, it will be for cocktails and...
