I love coconut shrimp and where better to have some than a place in Mexico just steps from the beach. I could have eaten them every night for dinner but I waited until one of our last nights to indulge so that I wouldn't be tempted every night. We asked a local where he thought had the best ones and he recommended Chendo's. You can not go wrong with a local's opinion and this time it was spot on. They were so good. We also shared an order of chicken fajitas which were also very good. I ordered the chile poblano relleno de mariscos and savored each bite like I hadn’t eaten in days.
