Food is pretty good. In all honesty I didn’t have ANY expectations since it looks kinda like some fast food resto. Yet it was pretty good gotta say that. Portions are good, bread is tasty, pasta is savory.

Tho I think you shouldn’t be leaving the protein on the side.

Tiramisu is very very bad. It’s tastes like soggy cold water (so that means you guys freeze it) and it kinda ruined the experience at the end of a delightful meal.

Service it’s really bad. Waitresses keep on shouting at each other, they don’t give you a good service they make you feel unwanted and rushed or simply forgotten. Like they are...

Pedí una lasaña y una ensalada y una cerveza. La cajera no estaba (creo que había ido al baño jeje), así que hice mi pedido y deje mi tarjeta para que me cobraran en cuanto regresara del baño. Me senté a tomar mi cerveza, la cajera regresó y se acercó a mi y me dijo: "cuando es pago con tarjeta cobramos un 5% de comisión". En la entrada del lugar tienen un letrero en donde dice que aceptan pagos con tarjeta de la empresa Clip. Esas transacciones cobran 3.5% de comisión al dueño de la terminal Clip. Desde mi punto de vista es una comisión que el negocio debe absorber por mera conveniencia, para atraer más clientes y no cobrarla al cliente. Y lo peor del caso es que el dueño la cobra al 5%. Muy mal. Bueno...le dije a la cajera que no traía efectivo para hacer el pago, que sólo traía los $20 que cuesta la cerveza, pero tenía que cancelar la pasta y la ensalada. Me dijo que estaba bien, le pague los $20 y se fue. Cuando regresaba hacia el restaurante les comentó a sus compañeros que se cancelaba la pasta, a lo que ellos contestaron: "ya está lista!", pero ya era demasiado tarde. Lo mas feo del asunto era que si traía efectivo y se perdió una venta (espero que alguien se la haya comido la pasta), ya que me sentí estafado por un tonto 5% Creo que la moraleja de esta experiencia es "POR CUIDAR LOS CENTAVOS DESPERDICIAS LOS PESOS".
