Our 5 Star Uber Driver born and raised in Puerto Vallarta took us from the Airport to our hotel and voluntarily gave us recommendations of good places to eat so today we enjoyed lunch at Birrieria Robles with freshly prepared Quesadillas both small and large generously filled with Birria de res that were delicious and served with a small consommé (bone broth with onions floating on top) and a large glass of cold water made with fruit that tasted like Passion Fruit juice without the excess sugar! Our local friends took us here, and that says a lot! The service was quick, friendly, and the food was amazing! They even give you a cup of Birria broth and a refreshing drink of sweet lime and water. We loved the broth so much that I ordered 2 litres to take back to my hotel! 😅
