I’m only giving 3 stars for the menu not stating that the burger automatically comes with grilled onions. I would order mine without the onions next time. I also found the wedge fries inedible, totally overcooked grease bombs. When we only ate two of them we thought the server might ask why we didn’t eat them, no mention. All of that said I will probably eat there again knowing how to alter my order. Maybe then I’ll agree with all of the 5 star reviews. Ok, I saw 5 stars from over a hundred reviews and was sceptical. So I came to post a more accurate review. But …

The burger was perfect. Simple and unassuming decor with a beautiful burger that will. Knock. Your. Socks. Off. It’s hard to believe they can balance the seasoning, searing, texture, and flavour and keep it (what appears to be) so simple. Ok, for folks that know the difference of quality meat and ingredients and how a hamburger can be elevated in flavor and experience without being overpriced… KNOW they have found something special right here.
