Botanero 21 — Restaurant in Jalisco

Love the vibe, and deep house. But hosts are extremely snobby, service is very poor. I ordered 2 drinks, second from different waiter... He demanded cash, I said i was going to stay and keep having drinks but I had to pay, gave 100 for 52 bill. I told the waitress who asked if I want something else I will call police if they do not sort it out. She said Bill with 20% tip is 64. I'm like not 100. If they served me properly they would have earned much more in tips. If she brought me the change I was going to give her 200mxn. But the person who overcharged brought change after the 20% tip and I wasn't served for 30min when I would have ordered more. In the end I spent 52 but if they had treated me like a customer I would have easily spent 300-400.

Funny how places treat you, I go to Bruna and Octo 3-4x a week and have more money than Botanero's other customers but they treat...

La música está súper pero el servicio de lo PEOR! Y los de seguridad meten amigos busca pleitos que andan queriendo robar bolsas y hasta los amigos hombres golpean a las mujeres. Era mi primera vez ahí visitando de Estados Unidos y estábamos celebrando mi cumpleaños so agarre Mesa VIP pero teníamos que andar buscan a la mesera para que nos atendiera! Tuve que ir a la barra a pedir porque le pedíamos algo y hasta duraba como 40 minutos en traernos las cosas pero si estaban atendiendo a los amigos de Los de Seguridad rápido. El de seguridad puso a sus amigos junto a nosotros ni mesa tenían y les puso un banco para que lo usaran como mesa, en fin no había problema nosotros seguimos en lo nuestro pero los amigos venían en plan de buscar pleitos y robar. Nosotros la estábamos pasando súper cuando los amigos del seguridad (las viejas) empezaron a echarnos pleito y un amigo de ellos me golpeo y caí al suelo. El caso es de que las viejas andaban queriendo robarse nuestras bolsas y terminaron sacándonos a nosotros en vez de ellos por empezar el pleito pero como eran amigos del seguridad ni les importo que un hombre me haiga golpeado! Después de sacarnos nos llevaron el Bill afuera y nos estaban poniendo cargos que ni siquiera nos habían llevado y les dije que no iba a pagar por algo que no ordene y el de seguridad me ofende y me dice que Si no tenía para pagar que mejor dijera eso. Por su puesto que tenía para pagar y hasta para gastar más pero te quieren robar y dar cargos que ni si quiera pides o que pediste hace horas y ni te llevaron a la mesa! Nunca más vuelvo a este lugar! Aparte de que te quieren tumbar con $, los de seguridad meten a su gente naca busca pleitos que nomás andan queriendo robar bolsas y dejan que los hombres les pegan a...
