We were attended to by a very rude employee who did not even pay attention to us. He was too busy texting on his cell phone and he looked right at us. When finally he asked, we ordered what we wanted and he still went back to his phone. There are three rolls of ice cream and we asked if we can at least have one roll of different flavor to which he coldly said no. The ice flavor was supposedly cheesecake but tasted more like coconut. The employee who charged us did not even give us our order. He was too busy talking and using his cell phone. He finally took the time to move his lazy rear end and he rudely walked in our direction without excusing himself and expecting us to move when there was plenty of space to move around us. We were simply waiting in an area where we would receive our ice cream. The only reason this place is getting two stars and not one was because the ice cream was just ok AND because the employee who DID give us our order was kind. Lo más importante para opinar es el producto. El helado es de buen sabor aunque el helado de fruta sabe muy artificial, se fabrica en el mismo momento que lo pides. La novedad es que es en rollo y no en bola, hay variedad de sabores y presentaciones por lo regular siempre les faltan conos, sin embargo, la higiene conque se prepara es su punto mas negativo. El chico que te prepara el helado es el mismo que te cobra y maneja el dinero. También hay moscas en la superficie en donde se hace el helado lo cual si desanima a comprarlo. El sabor es bueno pero no tiene nada de extraordinario. Realmente lo atractivo es la presentación del producto aunque, ya van dos veces que trato de comprar helado en cono y no hay. La cantidad de producto que sirven me parece muy poca (es lo equivalente a una bola de nieve +-) comparado con el precio que cobran que, para los sabores básicos son 45 pesos más topping, y llega hasta 65 más topping.
