CRU Wine & Deli — Restaurant in Jalisco

Un establecimiento muy pequeño pero bien montado y con una buena ubicación y un nombre atractivo para los entusiastas del vino. Sin embargo los puntos en contra que son una oportunidad para mejorar son: no cuentan con estacionamiento y no hay valet parking, si vas a pie o te mueves en transporte público no tendrás problema, pero si vas en pareja o con amigos y lo ponen como punto de reunión será una molestia y mas si esta lloviendo como fue mi caso.

Ya una vez ahí, me sorprendió una carta de vinos y alimentos muy padre, interactiva y didáctica que te invitaba a leerla completa.

Una selección y oferta de etiquetas muy variada y copiosa, pero este es uno de los puntos negativos medulares de los que haré mención.

¿De que sirve que tengan una lista de vinos bastante numerosa, si en 3 ocasiones que solicité una botella de la carta, no tenían? A menos que sea una estrategia pensada para aprovechar y venderle al cliente lo que el dueño ó gerente ó mesero desea en lugar de lo que el cliente desea; me parece muy presuntuoso y soberbio que se haga esto ya que da la impresión que solo es pantalla.

Prefiero una oferta de vinos breve o compacta pero de calidad y lo mas importante que lo que viene ahí lo tengan para el cliente; a una lista interminable pomposa y rimbombante y que de 100 opciones solo cuenten con 15.

Otro punto que para mi es importante; los restaurantes deben estar preparados en todo momento para un lleno total y brindar un buen servicio, en una mesa de 6 personas los bebidas tardaban mucho en llegar y los alimentos no se diga.
