El Elefante de Piedra Tequila — Restaurant in Jalisco

I'm in the restaurant as I write this review. Maybe 3 tables here are occupied, so it's not busy. I had to flag down our waiter 3 times, they messed up my clear to go order.... But here's what's worse. My son and I ordered oysters Rockefeller, and it was brought to the table drenched in Chipotle sauce. I pointed out that oysters Rockefeller DOES NOT have Chipotle, otherwise it would be oysters Chipotle. I asked them to make another without Chipotle, and they brought it back to my table and refused. I will NEVER eat here again, and I suggest you find better food and far better...

Everything was really good! The food was one of the best we had on our vacation. Aquachilis, morcajetes, hamburgers, salmon. Service a little slow but there we're 20 of us. We sat with no problem. Big play area for kids whichnwas nice simce it took a long time to order, eat, and pay It did take at least 30-40 mins to get them to bring our bills and another 20 mins to actualy process our payments...so we...

"Nos llevamos una experiencia muy desagradable" contratamos desayuno para 23 personas para nuestra Posada con anticipación. Al llegar al lugar no tenían mesa reservada! a partir de ahí empezó la improvisación. El Cafe, el Agua y por supuesto los platillos empezaron a llegar lentamente (hasta 1 hora entre los platillos) ademas Fríos, La Carne en Salsa Roja era simple carne molida. La Lengua en salsa Verde, simples pedazos de lengua Dura, sin cocinar, solo Cocida y refrigerada. La mayoría de los platillos llegaron fríos. Todo esto no fue lo peor, el Personal hacia lo que podía para atendernos con las herramientas que tenían a la mano. Lo peor fue la prepotencia de la dueña que al hablar con ella por teléfono para expresar nuestra inconformidad se puso agresiva, que tenia videos, que si no queríamos pagar que nos iba a quemar en las redes.. según ella ofreció de cortesía de Waffles, que de igual manera, llegaron fríos y duros... Al final claro que pagamos todo y hasta propina dimos para los intentaron sacar adelante nuestra visita. Simplemente no esa listos para grupos y no vuelvo a pisar...
