I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant—it’s hands down the best Salvadorian food I’ve had near my home! Every time I visit, the food gets even better, and the consistency keeps me coming back.

The pupusas are absolute perfection—crispy on the outside, stuffed with flavorful fillings like revueltas (pork, beans, and cheese). The curtido (pickled cabbage slaw) and salsa roja add the perfect tangy kick. I also highly recommend the yuca frita con chicharrón—the yuca is so tender, and the fried pork is crispy and juicy.

The service is always warm and welcoming, making each visit feel like dining with family. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the authenticity is unbeatable.

I have been a customer of this restaurant for 3 years. I’ve probably eaten there 45 times. The service has always been horrible. Slow, slow, slow. But it’s had good food, especially the seafood and it’s location, right on the bay, nice.

But the floors are sand — — uneven and with little concrete ridges that the chairs hit when you push back to get up. Several times, I have had the pleasure of falling backwards, hitting my head In the process. I complained and asked to see the manager who wasn’t there, of course.

La Primera vez que visito este restaurant y El Peor restaurante que he visitado. Llegamos, pedimos cervezas modelo, llego El mesero con las cervezas, las abrio y las repartio Al grupo, sin importarle que no estaban heladas, Al tocarla y tomarle a la cerveza, le comente que era in pecado servir una cerveza a esa temperatura. Su respuesta, así estan todas. En Ese momento llego la mesera que hiba a tomar nuestra order. Pedimos una mariscada y una orden De camaron aguachile verde. Y le pedimos unas garritas con hielo para enfriar las cervezas. De ahí, ya estaba de mal humor porque no le gusto El comentario que hice. Llego mas gente Al rededor de nuestra mesa. Y ella les servia super rapido. A nuestro grupo tardo mas de media hora en servir El ceviche que era parte De la mariscada y El agua chile verde. Sin platos o tenederos. Tuvimos que servirnos con servilletas De papel para empezar a comer. Paso mas de media hora y no nos servia la mariscada.. Todas las mesas Al rededor tenian sus ordenes menos nosotros.. Al final preguntamos a un niño que se acerco a la mesa por nuestra orden y que El no sabia. A otro mesero y nos dijo que nuestra orden estaba lista en la cocina fria. (Sera donde ponen todo lo que esta listo para servir.) Luego Le reclame a la mesera porque todos los que llegaron despues de Nosotros tenian su comida y nosotros no. Que ya era mucho tiempo. Su respuesta: no me voy a poner alegar contigo, no se porque Ellos tienen su Comida mas pronto que ustedes. Y se fue para otras mesas. El otro mesero nos dijo que fueramos a comentarte Al dueño o a la persona encarcada de la cocina. Fuimos, le explicamos la situacion y nos dijo que cambiaria De mesero para que nos atendiera mejor. En Es momento ella fue y recogio nuestra orden y la llevo a nuestra mesa.. La mariscada toda fria y cebosa. Sin platos y tenederos para servirnos.. Los camarones cocinados con aceite.
