Jolly Molly Donuts Chapalita — Restaurant in Jalisco

I am very disappointed in this store. I have been a customer for over two years every single Monday. I buy 4 jolly Mollys, one almond donut and one bacon/blueberry donut depending on the mood. For the past month, I go there between 1.45-2 pm and the jolly molly donut has been sold out. Today was the fourth Monday in a row there and the ladies were all nonplussed! I asked how come you doing have jolly molly again!!! One of the ladies told you should have ordered on Whatapp. How would I have known there was a WhatsApp number??? Do they think I like telling my kids no donut today again, if I knew there was a Whatsapp number I would have ordered in the morning. I Should have told about WhatsApp orders the first, second or third time. I am highly disappointed at the lackadaisical behavior! Lack of customer care and I will never go back...

They have a large exotic selection of flavors ( I think they had a donut with popcorn on top ), some of them are good, and some of them are extremely good. Acabo de tener un pésima experiencia este lugar hoy 14 de febrero del 2024 deposité mi confianza en esta empresa un día especial la cual demostró pésima atención de parte de su personal, especialmente la encargada que me dijo llamar Regina la cual me aventó prácticamente el dinero en la mano, ya que le solicité mi devolución, dado que hice un pedido de una dona gigante por el día de San Valentín, la cual no está lista. Eso demuestra que no están preparados para la capacidad y tomar los pedidos que toman. Por lo que sinceramente no les recomiendo para nada si lo quieren para un día especial ya que hacen pasar un pésimo momento. Yo vengo de lejos por esta dona para que me hayan tratado de esta forma y no me entregaran mi pedidos te tratan pésimo y encima no se hacen responsables, pérdida de tiempo y pésima experiencia. No se los recomiendo en la absoluto NO...
