First visit June 2023: Best burger place I've ever eaten at hands down!! They also have amazing milkshakes!! ❤️Pet Friendly❤️. Not much seating tho so call ahead for wait times 😬
Update 09 APR 2024: Still just as amazing as the first time I went, and I still think Louie Burger Chapalita is the best burger restaurant in all of North America. My Cookie Monster milkshake was just as amazing as I remember 😋 and I had the Smokey Cow Burger 🍔 which was absolutely incredible with a side of American fries 🍟. 10/10 would recommend.
Update 01 OCT 2025: Another yearly visit and I couldn't be more satisfied with the food! The restaurant is exactly the way I remember it, which is great news considering that most likely means it is still under the same management. I ordered the same food as last time, including the shake and the only complaint I have with the food is that my beef patties seemed significantly thinner this time around. The bathrooms are as immaculate as ever, and the wait staff were very polite. Something I did not like this visit however is something I forgot to include last time, which is that the children's play area floor and toys need to be cleaned badly because the layer of kids grime is plainly visible. I only noticed because we used the children's play area both times now that I have children of my own and while the area is a huge blessing to have I was disappointed with the cleanliness, so if you visit Louie Burger it is in need of toy donations. I don't know exactly what they do differently to other burger places but their meat just falls apart upon contact, it is a juicy mess that is so easy to eat I always order a double patty version (The Mess and Double Bacon options). Another bonus point - I've been to three different branches of Loui Burger in Guadalajara and the burgers taste the same in all of them.

Las porciones, sin embargo, resultan notablemente abundantes; en mi caso, media hamburguesa habría bastado para saciar el apetito, aunque el perfil organoléptico del platillo justificó el esfuerzo por continuar degustándolo.
En el apartado de acompañamientos, los aros de cebolla fueron una grata sorpresa. Revestidos en un tempura que no solo resaltaba el sabor intrínseco de la cebolla, sino que también aportaba una textura crocante impecable, lograron convertirse en un complemento memorable.
No obstante, las salsas mostraron un desempeño desigual. El alioli de ajo, por ejemplo, carecía de carácter debido a un predominante sabor a mayonesa grasa que opacaba las notas aromáticas esperadas del ajo. Por otro lado, la mayonesa de chipotle presentaba un perfil más equilibrado, con un toque picante agradable, aunque tampoco lograba desmarcarse por completo del peso cremoso de la emulsión base.
En términos de hospitalidad, la experiencia fue notablemente positiva. Mariana, quien me atendió, mostró dominio del menú y ofreció recomendaciones acertadas, mientras que el joven encargado de recibir a los comensales mantuvo una actitud profesional y cordial. Da gusto encontrar un servicio que valore la experiencia individual del cliente, alejándose de prácticas más frías o centradas en la propina.
