Hoy 12 septiembre fuí a comprar un cuarto de carnaza de birria para llevar y cuál es mi sorpresa que al abrir el paquete de la carne para servir de comer, me encuentro que el 75% era grasa y el resto 25% morusas secas, quemadas y algunos pedacitos de huesos y nada de carnaza, me parece un abuso, me hubieran dicho que no venden cuartos, además la salsa picante esta aceda. Incluso le comenté a la persona que me atendió que yo había tenido el gusto de conocer al Sr Rafael y la birria era excelente y el me contestó que todo seguía igual... Y definitivamente es un fiasco y desilución; Aunque llamó mi atención que solo había una mesa ocupada, ya que antes había que esperar para ser atendida, ahora entiendo porqué. Pagar para recibir este producto de mala calidad, no me parece justo. Incluso le saqué una foto al contenido del paquete en papel aluminio que me entregaron la supuesta carnaza de birria, por si les interesa que se la envie. Gracias por...
