Although I have given 5 stars in all categories, I must stress that this is not a foodie destination that provides top-notch amenities, but rather, Las Palmas is a quaint, laid back, and understated eatery that has good food, an attentive and friendly staff, and good prices. It is a place where you can go to relax and have some fun and conversation with friends or significant others while not breaking the bank... and still have a good meal with good portions. If you're a fan of sushi dishes, their tuna tower or tuna, octopus, and shrimp tower are really great. Two large monitors display 4k videos of beautiful destinations to enjoy, and, like many places lakeside, your furry friends are welcomed. We Ordered from Traitte even though we live in El Dorado. My Mom just can't walk that good. We ordered the Fish and chips for Mom Which she loved so far its the best shes had Lakeside. I tried the fish and it was very good. I got 2 chorizo tacos and 4 Al Pastor Tacos and they were delicious. They were overflowing with meat and cooked perfectly. The sweetness of the pineapple with their hot sauce was very tasty. They had stuff containered well and a great Guacamole for the tacos. The only constructive note I'd give is the fried stuff..cut a vent or 2 in the top so the fish n fries stay crisp. We will definitely order here again...I really wanna try the fried octopus/Squid which ever it is a see...can't...

Craving some good fish and chips today-after looking on the foodie FB group-decided to try Las Palmas! So glad I did-4 nicely battered crunchy pieces-usually I like the malt vinegar-but instantly forgot that after trying their delicious tartar sauce-and I could not finish the huge basket of perfectly crispy fries with a puffy center! This may be my new fave place-nice menu with breakfasts-pizzas -many diff seafood choices! Come give them a try -friendly staff-cool music -nice vibes! Oh-the fish n chips were...
