We came here after being disappointed by a few other sushi places in Guadalajara and THIS IS - HANDS DOWN- THE BEST SUSHI I HAVE EVER HAD IN MEXICO. We started with drinks and the cold jasmine tea is so refreshing that I highly recommend it! As a starter, we ordered their miso soup (which had shrimp, tofu, mushrooms, and noodles to my happy surprise!) to share and Tostadas Momas which tasted fresh and delicious. Our toddler son, who hardly eats anything, ate up our soup and asked for more. We only had the intention to eat one roll each (Cilantro and their baked Saturno) but ended up ordering three more rolls (the baja and the Chef's special) because everything was fresh, delicious and you could taste the individual ingredients unlike other places where Philadelphia cheese overpowers the taste and texture.
