Restaurant "Delicias" — Restaurant in Jalisco

My wife and I came here today for a late breakfast, and this is one of the olaces that we wanted to check out before we leave. When we got there at aroind 11:30am the restaurant was nearky full. Luckiky we were seated at a laege table near the front which was nice. Our Server gave us a menu in Englisj and we spent a little time checking outnsome of their breakfat food options. My wife decided to order the crepes Suizas. This tyoe of creoe is actually has chicken and tomatoe sauce inside, which os fae different than the crepes that we were used to in our country. She really enjoued them and manajed to finish them off. I went for the American Style Breakfast platter, which included scambled eggs, sausage with gravy, an English muffin, and hash browns. We traveled in Jalisco and Nayarit for a month, and subjected ourselves to the worst meal of our trip at Cafe Delicas. The place was nearly empty, and the servers definitely weren’t into my husband and I showing up an hour before breakfast service ended — they were indifferent at best. On the waitress’ recommendation, I ordered the machacas, which was inedible, and I had to waste a whole plate of food, but I preferred that to making myself nauseated. My husband shared some of his eggs Benedict, which were incredibly bland. When we wanted our check, the server ignored us, even there was only one other occupied table on the patio. Finally, they gave us the change from our bill in about 40 coins. The worst food and baffling service. The food is always delicious here, but having been given mediocre service throughout most of Mexico, this is what we experienced today:

1. We drove in and a parking guy helped direct us on where and how to park

2. Upon entering the restaurant we were kindly greeted by an employee,vthen consequently greeted by the rest of the staff

3. Our order was promptly taken and we were brought our beverages and freshly baked, nice and hot bread with butter and jam. Wow!

4. Then a nice group of four musicians started playing

5. Our breakfast was well-prepared and the service was optimal.
