Shake Shack Landmark — Restaurant in Jalisco

Very underwhelmed and disappointed. To start, the burgers are fine, but definitely not worth the price.

The best items were the Tiramisu and Mazapán milkshakes, but of course they were the most price-gouged items on the menu (Tiramisu for over 140 pesos!!). Each one of our party ended up paying ~$400 for a burger, fries and a shake. Absolute rip-off, even for a restaurant in Puerta de Hierro.

After paying a small fortune, we were told we could not dine in the restaurant. Yes, we were asked if we wanted to dine-in our takeout, but only allowed to takeout because of how busy it was. Their seating priority system was very broken though, as half of the tables appeared to be empty.

Where do I begin.. I just ordered uber eats. And before blaming my driver, I really do think it’s the restaurant’s fault here. Chicken sandwich SUPER dry and bread soggy. And I’m not picky with food. Had to use a whole bunch of sauces on the side to even it out. My milkshake.. came without a straw. Fries cold as the Antarctic. Cheese sauce that came on the side, completely spilled all over the box! Had to reheat basically everything. It pains me to leave a remark since it’s giving Karen energy but steer clear of this place seriously. P.F. Chang’s in the same center is much better! And I’m a fan of shake shack. I remember when shake shack opened its store, there was long lines waiting over an hr to get their burgers. I can truly say I'm never coming back! The small burgers are not worth the price, I've had better burgers at other local burger places. The place is clean,the service is great, and the shakes are ok too, but the burgers suck! Tiny burgers for a huge price, no thank you. They also have a menu with alcoholic drinks mixed with tequila!!
