Starbucks Terranova — Restaurant in Jalisco

This Starbucks is always very busy with long lines in the morning, and thats because there are not a lot of good alternatives in the area. The sad thing is even when they are not busy they are incredibly slow, despite having 10 people and a line of 4 and not a lot of mobile orders. The manager needs to pay attention to the customers and see why things are so slow causing unnecessary lines, but he seems like he needs more training. Hoy llegué al Starbucks y entre al baño primero, ahí olvide mi Stanley, regresé a los 20 minutos y ya no estaba. Ya estaba limpio el baño y todo ordenado. Pregunté a los trabajadores si habían visto el Stanley, y me comentaron que no y que tampoco lo habían llevado al área de cosas perdidas. Pedí apoyo para buscarlo o bien si era posible ver las cámaras para ver quién lo había agarrado, puesto que había pasado muy reciente y había probabilidades de recuperarlo. Me dijeron que no era posible ver las cámaras. Hubiese esperado que tuvieran más empatía con mi caso, el Stanley fue un regalo de una persona muy amada y no es justo que se roben cosas dentro del establecimiento y nadie mueva un solo dedo para ayudarte a encontrarlo. ¿Quién me garantiza que no haya sido un trabajador quien lo agarró? ¿O bien un cliente? ¿Dónde estaba el guardia de seguridad?
