Horrible experience! I placed an order through Uber Eats of five carne asada tacos WITH BEANS NO ONIONS and six al pastor tacos and two Cokes and I literally only received five REGULAR carne asada tacos WITH NO BEANS and ONIONS and the two Cokes a total of $343. I had to contact Uber Eats then I had to contact the business directly. To be honest I don't even know who I spoke to Because I got contacted by 2 different messaging services. They went and blamed it on the driver and said the driver didn't pick up the complete order then said since I place the order on Uber Eats a 3rd party that orders get misplaced and come incorrect granted mistakes happen (never has before). They told me that they did have the order made but they forgot to send it and I had to reorder and let them know what I was missing in my order for them to send me my food. Then when I told them i was being refunded they said they couldnt send the food. Only refunded me $40 through uber eats when my order just for the six tacos was $138. Then they refunded me $90 directly to my payment method which is going to take 10 days to be refunded so we were even at this point. Then they went and charged me another $17.16 for whatever reason. So at that point I told them I didnt want the tacos anymore to just put my money back. I should be getting refunded more because the five regular carne asada tacos were cheaper than the tacos with the beans. Then they told me that if I decide to reorder again with them they can go ahead and compensate me and give me a discount. Why would I want to reorder and go through all this hassle. I'm pretty fair with my reviews and always give people and small businesses a fair chance but this was just ridiculous. I've never had an issue with Uber Eats not sending me my complete order. Sucks because I really had high hopes for this place but if you have been having problems with orders coming in incorrectly maybe you should work that out with Uber Eats and not be mad because customers give you a bad rating thats the most unprofessional thing to do. I wish your business the best of luck and hopefully you can fix that problem...
