Our place was right around the corner from this market so we stopped by each morning for the wellness juices which were literally life saving to make it through the heat of the day!! We pretty much stockpiled them during the week so we could keep cold ones in our fridge at the Airbnb.

Had lunch at Los Reyes in the center of the market and had a great experience! The staff we super nice and hospitable, even though there was definitely a language barrier between us haha! My sister and I shared the enchilada (Michoacán) style and chicharrones in green salsa (salsa verdes).

As a mid-day dessert, I highly recommend the Loukoumades at the Greek stand across the isle and Greek coffee!...

Mercado Palmar De Aramara is a really cool place and an honest look into the lives of people who live in PV. Good food to eat, fresh vegetables to buy, a fish monger, carnecerias, a tortilla factory, and liquor stores. The food there is really good. One place specializes in huaraches which are really good. Some have chorizo, which on a hot day can be pretty heavy but they're all good no matter what. Another great part is the tortillaria. Just follow the squeaky noise to some of the best tortillas you'll ever have. They package them as you buy them and they are HOT. The produce there is also better than a lot of the supermarkets in the area, especially the tropical fruit like...

Good atmosphere. Small tacos. The Tortas were fresh bread and warm and great. Favorite. I actually liked the al pastor for the first time in 6 months. The whole meal for two people was less than $300 pesos. We will be back with friends and family. Taquito Rouge is awesome. We love it there. There are a lot of places in this area. Taco stands. San Pietro Italian. Pollo feliz. Shopping for clothes. Pharmacy, fresh fruit....
