We had a variety of dishes. Pizza pasta risotto salads and calamari. The food was all very good especially the calamari and the Caprese salad. under the heading of recommendations for improvement. The Caesar salad should have homemade croutons, not croutons from a box. It would also benefit from some bacon bits. Ceiling Fans could be added to the outside area for added comfort. It was well covered but still rather warm. The tables are a little bit small for four people given the extra large size of the dinner plates. We would have taken the larger table but it was too close to the entertainment. The musical duo was very good but a tiny bit too loud. I just discovered this Italian restaurant, attracted by its chalkboard menu of the day and nice red checkered tablecloths on its curbside dining area, It also has a lovely indoor area and garden if you prefer. Their zuchini soup was delicious and the carpaccio was as it should be prepared, no overkill, as in too many places! The dessert was a French rich chocolate liquid inside of a cupcake sized exterior! To die for, like overflowing lava in a volcano ! the service was impeccable and the price correct for a proper meal with several courses and wine. Wow! Fabulous food! Been in twice now and both times I had the special eggplant parm and it was delicious! Best one I've had in a long time! Second time I had it I tried it with vegetables instead of pasta! I was not disappointed!! So delicious! My husband had a craving for lasagne and he said it was that good that he devoured it quickly and I didn't have time to take a photo! We also had a little room left and had a yummy apple strudel and a divine Panna cotta!!! All this was served to us by incredibly nice, friendly and helpful staff. We will see you...
