An executive Chef's review of Han's Grill
I have had the opportunity to travel and live in various places in Asia, learning various recipes and cooking techniques in places like, inland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, and Japan to name a few.
I must say this cozy restaurant has an authentic and well balanced taste.
This is a cozy Korean restaurant which has incredible flavors.
The portions are very fair for the price. one of the least expensive Korean restaurants in Queretaro.
The quality of the food is incredible. The balance between flavor and textures create a clean fresh taste.
Which is well maintained throughout all of the dishes
I ordered a soft tofu soup which was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of Chile. A perfect blend of anchovy powder to give it the right savoriness.
I ordered the ribeye and the pork, both were very good, with good portions.
The pork had an incredible marinade which made the meat soft, savory and melt in your mouth.
The Korean sushi roll came out at perfect temperature great presentation as well.
I also ordered the Korean pancake also well balanced with flavor and texture.
The side dishes were very nice full of flavor and again well balanced, not too spicy, not too salty, not too sweet... a perfect accompaniment

Now one of my favorite Korean restaurants in the...
