I work and basically live in the plaza haha, so I usually rotate what I eat. Usually it's Porfirio's, Chapur, Sushi, Starbucks or I order delivery. Today I was in the mood for Lagos so I ordered lagos thru the Rappi app for pick-up since I’m super close. I got a notification from Rappi my food was ready for pickup so I headed to the restaurant to pick up my food. I walked in waited until I was attended and told the waiter I was there to pick up my food. Keyword: MY. The waiter was holding my food and I was wondering why she wasn’t handing it over to me. She told me that I needed to scan something. I told her that I didn’t have my phone so I ran to go get it. I grabbed my phone and saw ‘order picked up’ on my rappi app and I was confused as she didn’t want to give me my food. At this point I was getting upset. As im arriving to the restaurant, the second time, I try finding where to scan but it doesnt give me an option and I tell the waiter that it says food delivered. She finally hands me my food (never had to scan) and I asked her why I had to scan if it never said anything on my phone and she told me its for couriers. She never asked my name after I told her I was there to pick-up my order, she just assumed I was a courier. As I may dress casual and have respect for couriers this was flat out discrimination. period. They really need to train their staff. The food is delicious but this is the second time this place has discriminated. They have better costumer service at Starbucks and Porfirios. Please do...
Read moreWell we had high hopes for this place, but it turned out to be a disappointment. We ordered the tsaziki with pita bread the pita bread was bad because they did not let the dough rise and it tasted strongly of yeast and refrigerator. To add insult to injury. We were also charged for extra bread to finish our dip. 5 tiny flat pieces of bread for 600g of zsaziki was insulting, but enough about the appetizers. I had the steamed lamb and potatos in a bag. The lamb was good but the lamb tasted like straight cinnamon. I started to share my 420 plate with my friends because it tasted nothing more than cinnamon. The service was ok. They tried their best on opening day. For a Greek resturant I thought they would have something iconic like gyros but instead they serve pizza and pasta which make this place feel more like an Italian resturant than Greek. All 5 of us expected something different for a Greek resturant and experience the passion of something that could have been great but ended up to be a...
Read moreWe returned for a second visit after thoroughly enjoying our first experience at your restaurant on Father’s Day with our three children. This time, we brought many of our friends and their children. The food and service were excellent until an unfortunate incident occurred. Our 3-year-old son accidentally dropped his plate off the table. At the time, nothing was mentioned, but when we went to pay our bill of $1,790, we were charged an additional $200 pesos for the broken plate. This was disappointing, as we have traveled to many other restaurants in Mexico and around the world and have never been charged for an accidental breakage. This experience has left us quite unhappy, and we are unlikely to return with our friends and...
