Starbucks — Restaurant in Mérida

The service is terrible, we had issues with 2 orders. 1st order- we ordered 1 caramel frapuccino and it was only milk with sugar an cream and it took 2 hours to arrive. We sent 2 emails to customer support for a follow up and they never repplied, in addition it was my friends birthday and it was a present for her. 2nd order- We ordered 2 frapuccinos and 1 sandwich, the sandwich never arrived, but they charged for it, and both frapuccinos had spoiled milk.

Standard Starbucks experience. The frappe was good but the guy held onto my bank card for way to long behind the counter as he made small talk to me about what I was doing in Mexico. So far there has been no attempt made on my card but it made me feel really weird when I walked away. I’m sure he was just being friendly and nice but I don’t like it when my card is behind or under the counter...

El café siempre es bueno y el ambiente es agradable, ideal para trabajar o pasar un rato tranquilo. Sin embargo, hay un problema recurrente que le resta puntos a la experiencia: casi nunca tienen panes ni repostería disponibles. No importa si vas temprano en la mañana o por la tarde, es muy común que te digan que ya se acabó todo. Es frustrante, sobre todo si vienes con la intención de desayunar o acompañar tu café con algo dulce.

El servicio en general es bueno, el personal suele ser amable y atienden con cortesía, pero en horas pico el tiempo de espera puede ser más largo de lo esperado. No es algo que arruine la experiencia, pero definitivamente podría mejorar la eficiencia en ciertos momentos del día.

A pesar de estos pequeños inconvenientes, sigue siendo un buen lugar para disfrutar de un café de calidad y relajarse. Si lograran mejorar la disponibilidad de productos y optimizar un poco los tiempos de atención en momentos de alta demanda, la experiencia sería...
