First of all, let me say, that I'm a loyal customer of Subway since 2005 when I moved to USA from Ukraine. Since then, I would not be even able to tell you how many footlongs of sandwiches I ate and in 90% of my visits I have chosen Tuna Sandwitch. So today I went to close by Subway restaurant to get a tuna sandwich for me and my mom(before going I have convinced my mom to eat tuna sandwich). When I arrive to the restaurant, I have been meet by a person who knows nothing about preparing Sandwich or listening to what client is requesting. I have asked for 2 foot long tuna sandwiches with regular bread. He took only 1 foot long sandwich and cut it in 2 peaces. I have repeated again, that I want 2 foot long sandwiches(here in mexico they are called 30cm, so I repeated again, 2 of 30cm sandwiches). He just continued preparing a sandwich. When he took out the container of tuna, he reached for a measuring spoon with what is used in Subway. Spoon was under the table, and not clean, having an old tuna paste still on it. When he finished a first sandwich, I repeated again, that I needed 2 of them. He then cut the bread, and when he reached for the tuna paste, he said that they don't have enough to make a second one. Thia situation have happened before, and always in this case subway person took out a new bag from the fridge and mixed it in front of me with mayo and served me my ordered sandwich. That simple. When I asked a person if they can prepare a new portion, he called Cresian(person who knew a little more about it) and he said they don't have any more tuna. Then I asked, how is he planning to sell tuna sandwiches tomorrow, he didn't responded anything. So, this is the problem, that I think should be solved, if you are interested in keeping regular loyal customers coming back to your franchiese restaurants. I ended up buying Italian BMT, and disappointing my mom for not being able to order a second one for her. Well, I have shared my half with her and ended up eating BMT which is not my preference. It is important to have all your clients satisfied on Mexican market, because majority of people are eating tacos or their own "tortas" which are way cheaper. Please take a look at the inventory problem of this restaurant as well as qualification of people...
