Eladio's — Restaurant in Mérida

7/2024: It was a pleasure to be here until the end. We ordered some drinks and we hadn't ordered anything to eat yet, but they brought us a variety of foods, there were more than 10 different dishes like picadera to accompany the drink and they were good. and the most delicious is the "cochinita pibil" I recommend it. Customer service: attentive and respectful. In the restaurant everything was clean and there is a pleasant smell, even in the bathrooms. But when we asked for the bill we realized that they had not included the dish of food that we had ordered from the menu, we told the waiter and he said no problem, you can pay me for it, we said okay, bring us the new bill and the terminal to pay by card and he told us that the terminal was damaged and that the extra to pay was $$$. He was told no friend, his duty is to go change the bill and at the entrance it doesn't say cash only. The waiter went looking for the bill but not the machine to process the payment, thank God we had the money. Pedimos unas bebidas y no habíamos ordenado nada para comer todavía, pero nos trajeron una variedad de alimentos eran más de 10 platos diferentes como picadera para acompañar la bebida y estaban buenos. y lo mas Delicioso la "cochinita pibil" se las recomiendo. el servicio al cliente: atentos y respetuosos. en el salón todo limpio y olor agradable inclusive en los baños. pero al pedir la factura nos percatamos de que no habían incluido el plato de comida que habíamos ordenado por el menú, se le dijo al mesero y el dijo no hay problema me lo puede pagar, le dijimos esta bien traiganos la factura nueva y el terminal para pagar con tarjeta y nos dijo que la terminal estaba dañada y que lo extra a pagar era $$$. se le dijo no amigo su deber es ir a cambiar la factura y en la entrada no dice efectivo solamente. el mesero fue busco la factura pero no la máquina para procesar el pago, gracias a Dios teniamos el dinero. deben proveerle al cliente la información desde su entrada y si no desan el letrero para eso están los meseros para orientar al cliente. Yo fui dueña de negicio y por ésto es que muchos negocios tienen que cerrar...

Eladios is a great place if you like loud music and want to have a nice time without too much conversation! The waiter brings a variety of appetizers after you order drinks.
