Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Mexico City

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and the lady who attended me at the cash register was rude I always order here and I ask for extra hot sauces and I asked her if I could have three more as I know the combo comes with two and she said I have you three already so I checked and she put two so I asked if I could have three more because the staff there is always so stingy with the sauces and the napkins like literally she gave me one napkin. So I asked if I could have 3 extra sauces and she gives me 2 so I'm like can I have one more pls and she gave me one and looked at me mad like what? Worst customer service and they're almost always like in a bad attitude. Love Chruchs chicken but considering not ever consuming at this location anymore. And I've seen them be rude to other customers before too. It's almost always something with the staff and having a bad attitude. Debería haber más sucursales en la CDMX, resulta que solo hay 2 y las dos están aquí. Literal viaje dos horas entre la ida y el regreso para venir por pollo, así de bueno está.

-Piezas de pollo sabrosas, jugosas y bien condimentadas, mejor que en KFC y Popeyes. -Los mejores bisquets, buen sabor, crujientes por fuera y suavecitos por dentro, superiores a KFC y muy superiores a los horribles de Popeyes. -Tiras de pollo con sabor y bien condimentadas, las picosas de verdad pican, yo suelo soportar muy bien el picante y aún así me enchile, pican mucho más que las piezas picantes, tomen eso en cuenta. Igual, las tiras son superiores en sabor, condimento y tamaño a las de KFC y Popeyes -No hay receta BBQ como tal, pero si lo venden en botesitos, y es MUY rica, mucho mejor que el BBQ de cualquier otra franquicia, y años luz superior a la de KFC. -Los poppers son como una versión mejorada de las qué -papas de Pizza Hut.

Aspectos a mejorar:

-El puré es bueno pero el gravy la verdad no me enloquece, incluso podría decir que le resta, sabe demasiado a knorr suiza de res o algo similar, exageradamente condimentado. -Las papas parecen tener algún tipo de cobertura, exactamente igual a las de KFC, pero nada fuera de lo común.

Si Churchs se animará conquistaría el mercado, precios muy similares a los de KFC pero con mayor calidad, y mucho más justos comparados con los excesivos costos de Popeyes. No he probado las hamburguesas pero por las reseñas no me faltan ganas, la próxima vez que vaya es lo que pediré, encima de todo me atendieron bien a pesar de mi pedido algo confuso y grande, en las otras cadenas que he mencionado ya me hubieran hecho muecas. I have no idea how this joint has 4.2/5 rating, this is possibly the worst fried chicken I’ve ever eaten, and definitely some of the worst take out I’ve ever had.
