El Matador — Restaurant in Mexico City

I was there, ordered Pancita, after all: they told me that's their speciality, when the plate arrived to my table the smell was intensely terrible (I have eaten pancita and menudo before, so i know about flavors though) it tasted really bad I sent it back, I got Carmitas tacos instead and WOW!!!! some of the best Carnitas Tacos ever!!!! I loved them!! Next time in Mexico City I'll go back there just to eat...

Siendo yo alguien que jamás había comido pancita, pienso que vine al mejor lugar para que te sugieran cómo comerla o, para los que ya saben, servírtela a tu gusto (la pancita es la especialidad de la casa).

La atención es muy atenta y el sitio agradable (llevan 20 o más años ahí). Si no les gusta la pancita, es solamente una cuarta parte del menú. Existen muchas otras opciones (incluyendo para desayuno).

As a person who had never eaten "pancita" (beef stomach) at its most traditional way of being served, I think that I came to the very best place to receive advice on how to eat or to have it served entirely to your liking. Pancita is the specialty here.
