IHOP, short for International House of Pancakes, is a well-known American restaurant chain that has been serving delicious breakfast foods since 1958. Founded in Los Angeles by Jerry Lapin, Al Lapin Jr., and Albert Kallis, IHOP has grown to over 1,800 locations worldwide.

During my visit to the IHOP at the World Trade Center in Mexico City, I was particularly impressed by the friendliness and smiles of the staff. Their warm hospitality made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant offers a varied menu perfect for American-style breakfasts, featuring famous dishes like pancakes, waffles, and omelets. One of the standout items is the Rooty Tooty Fresh 'N Fruity pancakes, a classic favorite.

In addition to the traditional American breakfast options, IHOP at WTC also offers some Mexican variations. For example, you can try the Chilaquiles, a delightful twist that adds a local flavor to the menu.

The restaurant itself is spacious and clean, with accessibility features for disabled guests. They also pay special attention to families, providing a dedicated menu and space for children, making it a great spot for family outings.

Overall, the prices are fair and proportionate to the quality of the food, making IHOP at World Trade Center a fantastic choice for a hearty and satisfying breakfast in...

Disgusting food and barbarian treatment. Such a disgusting, ugly, humiliating, and ferocious place! This was my first time to Mexico and I will never go again. lived near WTC when I visited Mexico city. I ordered spaghetti that was like smash overnight noodles. Bill MEX$154 (CAD10), I forgot to bring money--was sick dizzy for many days. I told the waitress I would go back to get money to pay and I let her keep my sun-glass box with 2 pairs of sunglasses, value at least CAD$600. She wanted to keep both my sunglasses and ID card. I disagreed. So she got a guard to keep my card and watch me. I called my friend to come to pay and I waited there. But she still did not give my card back! It's illegal to keep people's ID!! This Ihop is police station or what!? I already promised I go get money and I gave material guaranty. They were extremely vicious and ferocious!! What a barbarian place full of barbarians!! My friend came within 5 min. and paid. Then the guard gave my ID back. What a vicious and illegal restaurant!!! I proposed more than reasonable solutions and it's so easy to be solved, but these stupid and barbarian people chose to humiliate me!! The whole thing is disgusting, ugly, outrageous, and stupid. I complained to Ihop headquarter and Mexican...

Really bad experience.

We were seated quickly and the waitress took our order within 5 minutes. However it took 30 minutes for our food to arrive, with no explanation. I was given no spoon to stir my coffee.

The eggs arrived extremely undercooked. When we requested for them to be cooked more, there was no problem but they were returned with even more raw eggs. They were inedible and disgusting. The hash brown was also very undercooked (and cold in the middle).

The other bits of food were fine and the pancakes were nice. The toilets were unclean and had paper thrown on the floor, stains on the cubicles and dirt...
