Maybe it's that I do not speak Spanish but my boba tea which was supposed to be 130 pesos was charged at 150 pesos. Supposedly it's because I had ordered milk. I ordered a horchata boba.

The real problem was that the tapioca or boba pearls we're stale. Etapioca gets stale and hard after a day, so they're selling very old tapioca. I realize this after I had drinking some of the drink. I brought it up to the person working there. He said he can make me something else but I didn't want something else I specifically wanted boba. I wanted fresh boba not stale boba and I didn't want something else. He should have given me back my money. You can't sell stale bad drinks to people and charge them for it. Wait! It appears you can! Unfortunately it appears that I'm not the only one to complain about this and nothing changes here.

Even after I told the person working there that the tapioca was stale, they continued to serve it to people.

We walk around the mall and there is a food court and a cafe and tons of places that were cranking out really good fresh looking foods and drinks. We wasted our money on expensive bad drinks and had we just walked into the mall and looked around we would have had a much...

La calidad de todos los ingredientes es pésima… He ido dos veces a ese lugar y la experiencia ha sido terrible en ambas ocasiones. En primera se tardan entre 5 y 10 minutos en entregar la bebida (se entiende porque es té y debe infusionarse por lo menos durante 4 minutos…) La entregan y super desabrida e incluso con una sensación a químico medio raro. Las supuestas “perlas de tapioca” son muy corrientes. Y, ¿pagar $140 pesos (más propina… por una bebida que se ordena en la barra, por la cual no debería pagarse propina, pero bueno…) que sabe a agua con endulzante chafa? No, gracias. Iba a poner una estrella pero le puse dos porque la persona que me atendió fue muy amable y al ver que al probar la bebida no me gustó, me ofreció prepararla de nuevo. Se tardaron otros 15 minutos en dármela y estaba igual de mala. La probé nuevamente, le devolví la bebida, le pedí el reembolso de mi dinero y accedió a hacerlo. Le quise dar una segunda oportunidad y resultó pésima idea. Nunca volveré...

Great drinks, they have a huge selection of teas and it can be overwhelming to pick a flavor. They are on the expensive side but worth it in my opinion. Service can be slow as they need the tea to infuse, understandable but...
