La Mansion — Restaurant in Mexico City

THE BEST restaurant I’ve ever been to.

I’ve been coming here ever since I was young and my father introduced me to it. The food is amazing and the service is even better.

They’ve always been exceptionally kind and serviceable even under unconventional circumstances.

The most recent example I have of this happened just yesterday: I’ve been living in the United States for a couple years given the nature of my sport, I’m a race car driver and I had to move to that country for my career and development and whenever I come back to Mexico City I always eat here. Just yesterday I got finished with some of the business I came here to handle and as I was done specially early I decided to come have some lunch at my favorite restaurant. Turns out I arrived 30 minutes earlier than they opened service at and yet. Without me even asking the manager came to me, guided me inside, gave me a table and opened up service and the kitchen early for me to order. I swear this restaurant deserves to be the most successful out there and I’ll make sure everyone in Mexico knows them once I get that opportunity thanks to my sport.

It’s always a pleasure to eat here and I hope one day I’ll be able to bring my children and the whole family I build to have the same wonderful experiences here that I have. Really thank you for existing....

Newly opened chinese cuisine, which was lacking in terms of services but food was great!!! The place is yet to work on its decor and services but overall good experience as the basic reason was fulfilled. I ordered vegetarian options available in the menu and was satisfied as whatever I ordered, it was worth for the price. If anyone wants to taste a good chinese cuisine, this could be in one...

Qué tristeza han bajado muchísimo en todo horas para hacerte esperar luego te ponen en una mesa que no te gusta para cambiarte te salen con que tienes que volver a hacer la fila y cuando por fin te dan mesa te dejan abandonado por horas, y de plano malísimo el cap. de terraza carlos salazar de abajo quiso atenderme pero arriba me tienen en el completo abandono es que ya....y por fin hablé con él gerente general y la atención cambió ha mejorado completamente la comida sí es magnífica la ensalada césar hecha por Héctor maravillosa también los filetes mansión muy ricos felicitaciones al chef y La salsita que se parece a la del Churchill muy rica y de ahí mejoró muchísimo el servicio el café Alfredo lupo excelente les quise dar la oportunidad de enmendarse y después de hablar con el gerente general fer crisanto sí lo hicieron. Se vale equivocarse pero también se vale enmendar y el cap enrique ya prestó atención personalizada y si logro convertir una mala experiencia en una muy buena experiencia por ello reseñare hoy a mitad de estrellas para volver cualquier otra ocasión y desde cero Volver a empezar la próxima vez que...
