Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Mexico City

This place does not pay attention to their pizza portal app. So they never have my pizza ready. This has happened five times. I like to think that they will get better, but in terms of having the portal to increase efficiency, this place always fails. Other little Caesar’s don’t have this problem. The manager lady herself does not offer any type of recompense he if for my time or for their mistake. It is truly disappointing to see a family chain from the states be brought down by incompetence from the managers that lead these teams, be it through bad practices and bad trainings. El paquete que promocionan en la televisión, Cheese Cheese Duo, el cual es una pizza de queso y crazy bread relleno a $99, le dijeron a mi padre que no existía esa promo el día de ayer, hoy se les llevó link de su video de esa promo en Youtube y screenshot del mismo y se le dijo a mi padre que solo era por Uber eats, pero en el vídeo en las letras pequeñas ponen "válido en la compra directa en el establecimiento", creo que en vez de mentir al cliente deberían o bien decir "no sé, no se me ha informado de esa promoción" o bien "está sucursal no participa en la promoción", en general esa sucursal siempre le ha dado un pésimo servicio a mi familia y a mi, olvidan nuestras órdenes y nos dejan esperando más de 20 minutos y en general su actitud de los chicos es pésima hacía los clientes, parece que les hacemos un favor y lo hacen de bastante mala gana en su mayoría, de no ser porque es la sucursal más cercana de verdad que no iría de nuevo ahí, espero en algún momento o capaciten mejor a sus empleados (porque hasta el supervisor o gerente, la verdad no sé ni que sea, tiene unos modos bastante malos, tanto para clientes como para empleados) o creen otra sucursal por Buenavista con...
