Terrible. I try to moderate my opinion due to the labor force that works at places but this is too much. I really thought this could be an option but this had the worst atmosphere, drunk people, bathrooms are upstairs and almost everything is wrong. Even the singer was out of tune. Terrible sound. Food was far from being memorable and worst, the service. They split two waiters per table so be aware because the one bringing each course will ask for the tip in cash "separate" from the main check even is the worst part of service. I asked for a bull and the taste was horrible, then I asked for a Carajillo and the taste was fake alcohol. I talked with a guy maybe the manager and he just laughed at me. It was my first visit to this place but I will never be back again. It's better La Castellana in downtown. En la entrada hay revisión de bolsas o mochilas, es la primera vez que me pasa en un lugar como estos. Si traes alguna bebida ajena (botella de agua, refresco) tienes que dejarlo ahí afuera de la entrada, que por cierto no están muy al pendiente que digamos. Al entrar nos dijeron que podíamos escoger cualquier mesa “individual” no todas son opción ok. La silla la tuve que limpiar porque estaba asquerosa, la mesa igual. No son muy atentos en eso de la limpieza pero con una servilleta lo solucioné. El servicio fue bueno por parte de la mecerá que nos atendió pero las que iban y recogían la basura o vasos son algo “serias” por así decirlo. La música me pareció bastante aburrida, ya que eran ciclos de un artista cada 10 canciones cambiaban al artista pero lo peor es que era YouTube a través de sus pantallas y CON COMERCIALES.
