Mongo — Restaurant in Mexico City

I completely recommend this restaurant because The food was delicious I will completely return just for the food I like the idea of putting a tope of buffet where you can chose what to eat ,the waiters are very friendly and the type of place is very cool it’s opened with windows I loved how the it was decorated. The things that I noticed and that I will change and personally don’t like was that the parking was not the best it’s a little disorganized but I understand it’s a little place,and the the other thing were the prices it’s a little bit expensive and that the crevice was a little bit late ,but the experience was awesome. I really loved the food,the sweet and sour sauce it’s my favorite I recommend to taste it. That’s what I wanted to tel thanks for all and I hope you continue...

There was no clear explanation of the place dynamic, they assume you already have the knowledge about how it works and straight forward to ask you about entrees or soups and didn't take the time to walk you through.

Regarding food... it's good to know you can mix any ingredient you like however I think it would be great if they give you some advice e or guidance about the best fit depending on how you're making your choice... there are no labels for the ingredients... so doe many of them you have to guess what is what you're taking.

Maybe the experience can be improved by going together with someone that already knows the place.

Un sitio con una oferta de comida muy peculiar. Con un servicio característico, "de pasa charola" o "sírvase usted mismo" (algunos muy similares como el servicio de buffet, la diferencia es que en este sitio apenas prepararán tu alimento en el.buffet ya hay una oferta preparada y lista para servir); -una oferta que tienes que conocer-. ofrezco una pequeña reseña. Llegas a una barra en donde encontrarás una barra con una gran cantidad de alimentos crudos, cortados, porcionados y que vas solicitando lo que deseas, colocándolos en un bowl, al final de todos los ingredientes te preguntan el sazón de como quieres esos ingredientes, para colocarles los aderezos y salsas correspondientes para después pasarlos a una plancha y cocinarlos tipo tepanyaki, pero justo antes de pasarlo a cocción se pesa y es así como se calcula, el precio de tu preparación, se te informa "pesa "x" cantidad y si lo quieres o no, (es súper importante preguntar esto, antes para que sepas cuánto pagar aproximadamente, y no te agarren desapercibido por las cantidades y precios) puedes aceptar o quitarle menos productos. Después de esto te dicen el número de tu pedido y pasas a tomar asiento para que después te lleven tu alimento ya listo (recomiendo que comentes que no se manipule mucho, ya que en ocasiones lo manipulan tanto en la plancha que llega destrozado o super cocido los ingredientes que solicitaste, y pudiese perder la estética del plato).
