I really can't understand why this place is always packed. The terrace is ugly, the food is pretty bad, worse than average. They do not have fresh baked bread for anything. La calidad de la comida sigue siendo excelente. El servicio es bueno pero han contratado nuevo personal joven que no se compara con los señores de mayor edad que son meseros de primera. Les falta ser atentos y estar capacitados para saber atender y estar al pendiente de sus mesas.
Eso no es lo malo. Les ha dado por instalar pantallas GIGANTEZCAS lo que hace de Tortas Niza una taquería de ambiente vulgar cuando no lo era. El dueño no alcanza a entender que la gente va a platicar y que para ver el partido de futbol una pantalla sería suficiente. Han perdido la calidad ambiental de lugar selecto que les caracterizaba y han descendido en caída libre a igualarse a las taquerías más corrientes que comunes que hay en la ciudad.
