Reviewing during COVID-19: I have to start by explaining why I am giving them a 3- star review: you have to be extremely careful with their valet parking!! Upon our latest visit we got something stolen from our car’s trunk by their valet service. Although the restaurant claimed it was an independent service, the person was standing right in front of the restaurant and attended other customers as well. That restaurant is aware of this valet service, so being aware that they are stealing from their customers makes it also their responsibility.
Aside from the terrible experience described above, I must say that Ojo de Agua’s food and service was quite nice. They offer a healthy menu for breakfast and lunch ranging from Mexican breakfast staples such as enchiladas, eggs, etc to a more international cuisine: sandwiches and salads. Their healthy juices and “power drinks”, specially the AfterWorkout one is worth trying.
Their atmosphere is nice as well. There is plenty of covered outdoor seating where dogs are allowed (a paradise for dogs lovers).

The service is terrible, the food is good but with bad service it dulls it and makes for a horrible experience.
You can't realize how bad is it when you pay because first you pay for the food and then you eat, so I left the tip before and not after, otherwise I wouldn't have left them anything!
They put the cutlery in a communal way on a napkin at the table, yuck! They leave you without a napkin holder and just throw them on the table, and when you ask the waiter to bring you napkins he makes gestures and grimaces at you.
They take a long time to bring you food and their responses are unkind and seem forced to do their job and also rude. Is that why you leave them a tip before the service? Very bad!!!

She flipped pad pushing me for tip, this makes me quite uncomfortable as if I am in Manhattan again. If I appreciate your service I will add tip at the end...
