Puntarena — Restaurant in Mexico City

This might be the worst meal I had in a long time. The ceviche was soaked in Mayo to probably hide the fake crabs they used, shrimp pasta had no real flavor and dorado was dry, tasteless and overcooked. I understand that I shouldn’t expect a high quality meal at a restaurant in a shopping mall, but given the $$$$ sign, I expected at least a mediocre quality. I am glad I did not get food poisoned eating seafood there. They probably do not use real seafood anyways given everything was lacking flavor. Unfortunately we were placed next to a window that radiated heat, so we were unable to enjoy being there. Although the tuna tostadas were in fact delicious, we were so overheated and uncomfortable that it detracted from our experience. I asked to talk to the captain,and explained how the radiated heat had ruined our meal, and he offered us coffee which was the last thing we wanted as we were sweating heavily in the heat. El servicio pésimo; cuando llegue con mi hijo en brazos, pedi un lugar para la carreola, para no estibar, pero la hoster lo que hizo fue ignorarme, atender mejor a otra persona que está después de nosotros, e incluso decirme que me quitara de su camino, porque iba a pasar con el otro comensal; en tanto nosotros, ahí estábamos esperando se dignaran atendernos, incluso pedí hablar con gerente, y lo que hizo la hoster fue a hablar al Capitan, quien en vez de atendernos se puso a tomar órdenes de una mesa; con lo que entendí, que en realidad nos estaban discriminando por llevar un bebé en carreola. Es una lástima que hagan ese tipo de diacriminacion, por llevar niños. Incluso ya presente la denuncia correspondiente por esos hechos ante la Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor. No es posible que personas que laboran ahí, actúen como si fuera su propio negocio, para mal, discriminando a los niños. Jamás vuelvo a ir a punta arena, ni lo recomendaría a personas con niños, no vayan porque van a tener una mala experiencia. No...
