Starbucks Patio Santa Fe II — Restaurant in Mexico City

I went with two other people, the place had a few other groups there but we seemed to be the youngest there. There were two girls working there and the one in the cashier seemed to be in a mood; we didn’t pay much mind to it as we understand that a service job like this can be a tiresome one. However, during our 20min. During out stay there, she repeatedly approached us over the span of 15 minutes or less to tell us we had to leave and only directly spoke to us, even when there were people around us. It seemed targeted, but we didn’t pay much notice cause any type of ruckus or even made much noise as one of us was working (the rest of the people there were even louder), seemingly it was just because of our looks or age. We finally left after she told us she would be closing up and we realized the place is still marked as open everywhere. We were walking around the place and it was indeed still open. Es la segunda vez que Monse, barista de 60 años del 2ndo piso , que me atiende de manera grosera . Soy cliente frecuente y la primera vez se molestó porque le pedí un popote , diciendo que contaminaba mucho cuando en teoría son reciclables . El día de hoy se molestó porque pedí mi bebida con poco hielo y cold foam y no lo entrego así, le pedí que le quitara el hielo y me dice “ no viene en la etiqueta “.Le comenté que no sabía si su compañera lo había puesto pero yo sí lo pedí así . Total de malas, le quito los hielos y me entrega el vaso a la mitad ya sin hielos ni cold foam y sin tapar . Solo me dijo pues ya le quité el hielo y se fue el cold foam , y se pone a hacer otra cosa . Fue hasta que dio cuenta su compañera ( Kenia , chica muy amable ) y volvió a llenar el vaso .A Starbucks vas por la experiencia y servicio, no contraten gente tan poco amable y que no le gusta su trabajo, ya que daña la imagen...
